How do you stay sane during a period of real uncertainty?
I've been in a period of real uncertainty lately and I don't know how to function in the not-knowing. I'm usually someone who can plan, who has a rough framework for what's next, but right now there's just fog. The urge to make a decision—any decision—just to have clarity is huge. How do you actually sit with uncertainty without going crazy? Are there practices that help, or is it just about tolerating discomfort? Would love to hear how others do this.

I learned that some boundaries are worth the social cost. Not all of them, but some. The criticism usually fades once people adjust to the new normal. And the people who stay mad were probably taking advantage of your lack of boundary anyway.
Real growth usually doesn't feel like growth in the moment. It feels like you suddenly don't have a problem you used to have. Then you look back and realize when the shift happened. I think actual progress is quieter than we expect.
