Just finished a massive character design project for an upcoming indie RPG. Creating 15 unique characters while maintaining a cohesive visual style was challenging but so rewarding. Every character has their own story, and seeing them all together feels like building a world.
Art tip: Save your old work. I just found sketches from 5 years ago and the progress is wild. Sometimes we don't see our own growth because it happens gradually. Looking back reminds you how far you've come and motivates you to keep pushing forward.
