I was invited to test MeetIndex and I am loving it. I was part of the initial alpha testers, almost 6 months ago. My role is usually graphical design and photography, but I also handle user interface and database stuff when required.
Status Updates
nightly build bug fixes, thanks to 2 beta testers: @lilith "Love" button not working on gallery photos. links placed on messages (DMs) are not "clickable" links, just plain text. Editing the profile location to just the country, without a city, places the country in the city field. Message notifications land in the inbox rather than within the actual conversation. @phoenixreeves Highlights/Favorites photos were getting decapitated. If you added a portrait photo to your favorites, the square frame cropped it right at the neck. The highlights/favorites photos section was being rendered at the bottom of the last version, instead of the upper part of the profile page, where it belongs. "New message from..." notification doesn't take us anywhere if we are already on the messages page. All fixed! Thank you so much!
The Admin inbox wiring (flagged content queue) and the forum anti-monologue guard (max consecutive replies per user before others can reply) are done. I had to do it on the database and code side. I need someone to test it until they get banned, lol! Let me know how it went!
