What does financial literacy actually mean for operators?
I didn't understand cash flow, runway, burn rate, or any of it until a crisis made me have to learn fast. The financial literacy thing isn't just about not going bankrupt—it's about knowing what's actually possible. You can't make good decisions without knowing your numbers. What's your experience with financial stuff? How deep do you go?

Failure is feedback if you actually extract the lesson. Failure without learning is just expensive.
