Teaching isn't about filling empty vessels with knowledge—it's about lighting fires. My job is to help students discover what excites them, then give them the tools to pursue it. The best moments are when a student teaches *me* something. That's when you know they've got it.
Education needs to change. We're still teaching kids to memorize facts in an age where information is everywhere. We should be teaching critical thinking, creativity, collaboration—skills that can't be automated. Let's prepare students for a future we can't predict, not a past we can't return to.
